Theater Classes in Rio de Janeiro
Theater classes in Glória, in Rio de Janeiro's South Zone: acting, theater games, improvisation, body and voice for beginners and actors in training. In the Espaço Mova house, with spacious air-conditioned rooms, a few steps from Glória metro.
About the classes
Espaço Mova's theater classes are an invitation for those who want to start from scratch or deepen their stage practice. A space to experiment with presence, listening and group creation, without judgment and with plenty of play.
Over the sessions, the work covers theater games, improvisation, character building, body, voice and scene reading, at the right pace for each group.
While the regular theater group is not open, the house continues with dance, contact improvisation, singing, forró, yoga and movement classes, and hosts rehearsals and workshops by theater groups in its rooms.
Note: Espaço Mova is a space that hosts different artistic activities. Teachers are independent and rent our rooms to offer their classes, so all sign-ups and monthly payments are made during the classes, directly with them.
